Building resilience to water induced hazards in Gilgit–Baltistan: Experiences from the Community Based Flood Early Warning System – Issue Brief

This brief finds that Community Based Flood Early Warning System (CBFEWS) is effective in flood-related disaster preparedness as it provides real-time early warning and sufficient lead time to the vulnerable communities.
