Anticipatory action (AA): Best practices and guiding principles for financial protocols of AA funds

This report examines the financial protocols of five multilateral and non-governmental anticipatory action (AA) financing mechanisms that finance anticipatory interventions, and collates best practices to develop financial protocols governing the deployment of AA funds once plans are activated.
