Resource Manual on Flash Flood Management,Module 1:Community Based Management

The present publication is the first module of a Resource Manual on Flash Flood Risk Management and focuses on community-based approaches to managing flash floods. It was produced under the project Capacity Building for Flash Flood Risk Management and Sustainable Development in the Himalayas , funded by the United States Agency for International Development, Office for Foreign Disaster Assistance (USAID/OFDA).
