DISASTER PROOFING THE MILLENNIUM DEVELOPMENT GOALS

This brochure clearly shows how disaster can set back each of the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) and how disaster risk reduction can help achieve the Goals. Through disaster proof MDGs, it aims to create the "virtuous circle" by reinforcing mutual synergy between the MDGs and the Hyogo Framework for Action (HFA) which is now in its mid-way through 2015.
