This document is the user guide showing you the necessary steps to work with the Training Version of the Flood Resilience Measurement for Communities (FRMC) Web Application. Please note this is the user guide for the TRAINING VERSION only. There are certain features that are only available in this version to facilitate training. There is no testing, no setup of dummy communities and no inputting of dummy data allowed in the live system - that's what this training version is here for.
