A multi-dimensional framework for evaluating urban flood resilience in China: Spatial heterogeneity, driving mechanisms, and scenario-based projections

This study develops an integrated analytical framework that combines ecological, economic, social, and engineering resilience to evaluate the spatiotemporal evolution, driving mechanisms, and future trajectories of flood resilience across 288 Chinese cities from 2010 to 2021. The study provides an integrated, data-driven framework for assessing and forecasting flood resilience, offering theoretical and empirical support for adaptive governance and climate-resilient urban planning.
