Technical Inputs to Green Climate Fund Water Sector Guidance Consultations

This is the Zurich Flood Resilience Alliance's contribution for the Green Climate Fund (GFC)'s technical consultations for the water section. It urges consideration of best practices around building flood resilience, including incorporating ways to measure flood resilience and increasing attention to local level responses and presents examples of how the Alliance's experience and knowledge is relevant to this. This is a revised version, based on input from colleagues in our programme implementing teams, of guidance originally published in March 2020.
