Concern Worldwide is working with communities in Bangladesh to establish community resilience action groups (CRAGs) and improve flood resilience by mobilizing communities and facilitating joint planning with government agencies. This solution brief looks at how the CRAGs strengthened local governance and promoted sustainable, long-term community resilience in highly flood-prone districts.
