The Zurich Flood Resilience Alliance’s ‘Solutions’ series shares practical and replicable local knowledge through our work across the world on how to build resilience to climate hazards. Together with the Observatory of Hazards and Natural Resources and the General Directorate of Civil Protection, , Plan International El Salvador developed a detailed communication strategy to expand the type of information included in impact-based forecasts and to improve how these forecasts are shared between authorities and with local communities.
